Qualifications

• Active LPN license in CO.
• Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school required.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments on admission.
• Perform nursing shift duties: screening, vitals, scheduling appointments and labs, updating charts.
• Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure medical documentation and medication logging for each client.
