Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an LPN for the Overnight shift at our facility. You will provide high-quality medical care across admission, treatment and discharge, while coordinating pharmacy needs and maintaining precise med logs.

You will collaborate with medical and UR teams to ensure seamless care coordination, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients in both individual and group settings.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least a one-year diploma post-high school.
• Current licensure to practice in-state or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; attentive, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for clients throughout admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medications and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with medical and UR teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client.
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings.
