Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in Springfield, MA seeks compassionate LPNs for one-on-one homecare in adult patients. Overnight care on select days (Mondays, Fridays, alternating Thursdays, alternating weekends).

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification.
• PPD or chest X-ray completed.
• Homecare experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
