Job summary

Nye Health Services is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, support overall wellness, and collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care through the night.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska LPN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly.
• Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Respond to resident needs and calls during overnight hours.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care and workflow.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, calm overnight environment.
