Job summary

Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Naples, Florida. The role involves collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to provide resident care and support families.

A sign-on bonus is offered for Full Time positions. Qualifications include a Florida LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program with active Florida license.
• Active Florida CPR certification is required.
• One year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care.
• Direct and supervise nursing assistants and coordinate assignments based on census and care needs.
• Administer medications and document status, monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Initiate physician orders, verify transcription accuracy, and implement treatments.
• Communicate changes in medications or resident status with families and care team.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure seamless resident care.
