Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care's Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. You will provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, travel to assignments, and carry out physicians' orders with accuracy.

We offer overnight shifts, starting pay $28-$30 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training, scholarships, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN
