W.B. Mason in Burlington, VT, is hiring a full-time Overnight Loader to help power our logistics operation. You will load customer orders onto pallets and ensure trucks depart on schedule.

This 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday with nights off Friday and Saturday, and offers a 10% shift differential. We value accuracy, speed, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment. Formación

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail with accuracy.
• Strong English communication (verbal, reading, and writing).
• Ability to complete work on time, following safety and security procedures.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment; lift 75 lbs or more.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Juggle tasks and update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Pack and prep shipments with reliability and speed.
