W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Loader for our overnight team. This 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday nights, with Fridays and Saturdays off, featuring a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication (verbal, reading, writing).
• Ability to complete work on time following safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lift and move 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• As a Loader, assemble customer orders and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Load trucks on schedule and ensure top condition of shipments.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions during shifts.
• Pack and prep orders leaving the dock with accuracy and speed.
