Become one of the authors of our story. The Overnight Lifestyle Assistant (Front Desk Agent) is committed to delivering five-star service to residents. The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for greeting residents, fulfilling their requests, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members.

  • Communicate effectively in English with co-workers and management.
  • Participate in operating a traditional 24-hour, seven days a week, luxury hotel-style residential operation.
  • Answer telephone calls, taking and delivering messages as needed.
  • Work in conjunction with all Lifestyle Team partners including valet, housekeeping, security, pool and beach attendants.
  • Be empowered to make decisions that directly affect the resident’s experience in a memorable and soulful fashion.
  • After training, display a working knowledge of emergency procedures to ensure safety of talent and residents.
  • Utilize the radio/paging internal communication system used throughout the facility.
  • Maintain confidentiality of internal and external resident information.
  • Be familiar with all Standard Operating Procedures relating to residential reception and concierge operations.

  • A minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience in a luxury setting.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
  • The front desk will be staffed 24/7; all applicants must be willing to work AM, MID, and PM shifts.
  • THIS POSITION IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION.
