Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly and accurately.
• Monitor safety within the therapeutic milieu and assist in crisis situations involving assaultive patients.
• Assist in admission process, including data collection and orienting new patients to unit and program.
• Document patient interactions, data, and responses to interventions in medical records.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.

Job Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure

• A Level One Fingerprint Card is required
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider card
• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience required
• CPI Certification required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute psychiatric inpatient setting preferred

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices.
