Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and MSDS sheets.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation in kitchen and F&B areas per OSHA/ServSafe.
• Train and develop Utility staff.
• Operate dishwashing and equipment cleaning schedules.
• Presentable and professional at all times.
