Job Summary Details: The Lead Cleaner is responsible for providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Pay: $18.75/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Shift Hours: Mon-Wed 10PM-6:30AM

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse Janitorial Experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Ensure premises are secured at all times
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
