TEEMA Solutions Group presents an opportunity for a Labor & Delivery Clinical Nurse Coordinator at a regional medical center in Dickson, TN. This role serves as the overnight charge nurse, overseeing patient care and staffing while ensuring quality assessments.

In this full-time position, candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing and an active RN license, along with at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience. Responsibilities include managing deliveries, supplies, and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• Prior leadership experience in relevant units is mandatory.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Function as overnight charge nurse and assistant nurse manager.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care across the unit.
• Oversee inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
• Drive staff engagement initiatives and patient rounds.
