Job summary

Progeny Human Resource Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Clinical Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Tennessee. Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS must be current or obtained within indicated timeframes.
• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree or higher.
• Leadership experience in Womans, L&D, NICU, or Mother-Baby units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality assessments and collaborate with the management team to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with managers to foster teamwork and staff scheduling in Labor & Delivery.
• Support staffing needs, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee inventory control and supply management for the unit.
