Overnight Lab Technician 1 (Metals Department)

Join us as an Overnight Lab Technician 1 (Metals Department) at Pace Analytical Services. This is an on-site role based in Mansfield, MA, with working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM.

Position Overview:

As a Lab Technician I, you'll support sample preparation activities in our environmental testing laboratory. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow in your laboratory sciences career.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting laboratory sample activities such as preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and databases.
• Participating in training on lab support policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office environment, stand for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves) which are provided.
• Experience in a lab or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
