Aman Amangiri invites an Overnight Steward to join our ultra-luxury hospitality team, ensuring a clean, organized kitchen and readiness for next-day service. You will support overnight guest needs and assist with light food preparation.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or stewarding experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness required
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic culinary knowledge is an asset
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems
• Complete deep cleaning tasks and nightly cleaning schedules
• Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling
• Ensure kitchen areas are reset and prepared for the morning team
• Support overnight operations and communicate with the team
• Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic working environment
• Uphold Aman standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency

The Role

As an Overnight Steward, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen. You will support overnight guest needs, assist with light food preparation, and ensure that all spaces are ready for the next day’s service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
