San Diego Mission Bay Resort is accepting applications for an Overnight Kitchen Cleaner (Porter) to keep our kitchen and restaurant gear sparkling during the overnight shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a pristine back-of-house and dining area.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience working an overnight shift and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and restaurant kitchenware.
• Organize and clean all F&B areas of the resort.
• Assist with overnight cleaning operations to support guest satisfaction.
