Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Janitorial Team Lead for the Humboldt, TN overnight shift. You will lead the janitorial team, ensure the scope of work is met, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in janitorial work and 1+ year of supervision, plus strong communication and computer skills. You will report to the site manager and help achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of janitorial experience, required.
• 1+ year of supervising experience, required.
• Floor care experience is a plus.
• Posess a positive and encouraging attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to follow directions and ask for clarification when appropriate.
• Able to use a computer and familiar with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and direct janitorial employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve target goals.
• Supervise quality of work produced during your shift.
• Communicate work assignments clearly to team members.
• Assist the site manager in implementing work standards and policies.
• Monitor, measure, and report shift performance to the site manager.
• Maintain stock of inventory and inform when supplies need ordering.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed during the shift.
• Respond to customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site manager.
