Qualifications

• 2+ years of janitorial experience required.
• 1+ year of supervising experience required.
• Floor care experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Able to use a computer and Microsoft 365 products.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and supervise janitorial employees.
• Ensure smooth operation of the cleaning program and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate work assignments and expectations to team members.
• Monitor shift performance and report to the site manager.
• Maintain inventory and inform when supplies need to be ordered.
• Operate floor machines as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and respond to complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site manager.
