Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and interpret policies for front-line employees.
• Ensure shift schedules are completed at least one week in advance.
• Coordinate with leadership to cover all callouts and staffing requests.
• Conduct safety and quality audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain daily shift reports and assist with payroll and attendance functions.
• Represent ABM in client briefings and communicate with client representatives.
