Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team. You will ensure tasks are completed on time and to our quality standards, while organizing staff and coordinating in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations during a 6:00am–6:30pm schedule on Friday through Sunday, and help sustain a safe, clean, and efficient facility. Previous supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cleaning team and assign tasks.
• Ensure all tasks meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Organize staff and coordinate in a busy environment.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team. In this role, you will make sure all cleaning tasks are done well, on time, and meet our quality standards. You should be organized, able to manage people, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

Location:

Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Friday - Sunday

Compensation:

Compensation: $20/hr.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
