Job summary

RPh on the Go USA, Inc. seeks an inpatient pharmacy technician for a 13-week contract in Morristown, NJ. The overnight shift runs from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule. The role supports inpatient operations by filling, preparing, and distributing medication orders.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of inpatient technician experience and an active NJ license; PTCB certification is preferred but not mandatory. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inpatient pharmacy technician experience.
• Active NJ Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• PTCB certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare medication orders promptly for pharmacist verification.
• Replenish medication carts, trays and inventory including sterile IV preparations.
• Operate and manage automated dispensing machines with accuracy.
• Handle medication returns and repackaging as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet department goals and support hospital initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and comply with sterile technique and safety protocols.
