The Goodnight Baby Co is seeking an Infant Sleep Specialist to provide overnight newborn care in Montana, typically birth to 6 months. You will handle nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing while parents sleep, ensuring safety and healthy sleep habits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight hours and stay alert during shifts.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must be 18 years or older for employment.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants during overnight shifts (8–12 hours).
• Feed babies per family preferences (breast milk, formula, or both).
• Follow safe sleep practices and maintain safety as priority.
• Diaper changes with minimal stimulation to promote sleep.
• Support development of healthy sleep patterns for infants.
• Document feeding times, sleep logs, and observations.
• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to tired parents.
• Report any concerns about infant or parent wellbeing.
