The Overnight Coach is part of the Intensive Residential Treatment Services team, delivering care and rehabilitation in an awake shift to promote safety and well-being.

The role emphasizes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and requires travel as needed, with a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illness.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to person(s) served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
• Interact with person(s) served and support staff to promote rights and quality of life.
• Follow agency procedures to promote optimal health care and safety.

Education
