• Confirm order details, delivery times, and special instructions with guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely delivery.
• Process billing and room charges accurately and verify payment methods.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before sending to the kitchen.
• Keep a clean and organized work area around the order-taking station.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation.
