Impact Home Health in Cheney, KS is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Attendant Caregiver to provide in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance, enabling clients to stay safe and independent.

This part-time role offers overnight shifts, weekend hours, and flexible scheduling; prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred. You will work closely with a caregiving team across client homes and must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license preferred or prior non-medical caregiver experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass background checks.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including overnights, weekends.
• Good communication, observation, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid Kansas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and assistance with mobility.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and home safety maintenance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting client preferences and routines.
• Observe changes in health or mood and report promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate visit documentation and protect client privacy.
