Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving, direct-care, home health, personal care, or closely related experience.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to helping clients maintain dignity, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and changing as per the client plan.
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper equipment.
• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, laundry, errands to support a safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting client preferences and routines.
• Follow care instructions, infection-control practices, and report accidents or hazards.
