The role offers flexible hours, mileage reimbursement for errands, and sponsor training for certification. Prior caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid, and a patient, respectful demeanor are valued as you help maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role is preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or commitment to earn within 30 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching daily life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Personal care with dignity: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers.
• Healthy meals and home care: prepare simple meals, tidy spaces, light laundry.
• Daily mobility and exercise: support walks or stretches.
• Medication reminders: keep on schedule and note wellness changes.
• Meaningful companionship: conversation, games, or appointments escort.
