Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, assessing, diagnosing, and managing critically ill patients.
Perform bedside procedures such as intubations and central line placements.
Respond to emergencies, including code blue and rapid response calls.
Collaborate with the daytime ICU team for smooth care transitions.
Supervise residents and support APPs and medical staff.
Monitor hospital-acquired infections and other quality indicators.
