Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri is seeking an Overnight Housekeeper to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for adolescents at our residential facility in Waynesville and Saint Robert, Missouri.

You will support infection control and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safety and comfort for patients with behavioral health needs. The role offers competitive pay and benefits within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a mental health setting with adolescents is preferred.
• Ability to relate to adolescents facing behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and facilities.
• Follow infection control standards and hospital policies for disinfection.
• Ensure supplies and materials are stocked and available for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare staff to respond to cleaning requests.
• Report maintenance hazards or safety concerns promptly.

We offer a range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling and therapies.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as an Overnight Housekeeper at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri. In this role, the Housekeeper will assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for adolescents facing behavioral challenges and medically complex physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting equipment and furnishings, adhering to infection control standards and hospital policies.
• Ensure all supplies and materials are stocked and available to meet the needs of patients and staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare staff to respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Missouri Driver's License
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred.
