Job Overview

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting with luggage, and providing local information. This role requires maintaining a friendly demeanor and adhering to safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Greet and acknowledge guests warmly, using their last names when possible.
  2. Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously, assist with bell services and luggage, and open doors for guests.
  3. Provide directions, make reservations, and assist with inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  4. Explain parking rates and procedures, manage claim checks, and handle ticket and vehicle information accurately.
  5. Perform all related duties efficiently, maintaining professionalism and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
  • At least 1 month of related experience or equivalent training.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and basic math skills.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission and perform parallel parking is highly desirable.
Physical & Working Conditions

This role involves outdoor work, sometimes in extreme weather conditions, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds. The schedule varies, and some travel may be required.
