Overnight Hospitality Service Ambassador – Courtyard Marriott Anaheim PT (10pm- 2am)$17/HR

Join Towne Park as an Overnight Hospitality Service Ambassador at the Courtyard Marriott Anaheim, working part-time from 10pm to 2am for $17 per hour plus tips and a $1 shift differential.

As a Hospitality Service Ambassador, you will support guest-facing services in various hotel departments, including lobby assistance, event support, resort services, and more, ensuring a welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests courteously, providing directions and information.
• Support with message, package, and food deliveries to guest rooms.
• Assist with event support, resort amenities, and VIP services as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and designated areas.
• Support hotel restaurant services and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background and drug screening.
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions: This role involves physical activity, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions occasionally.
