Job summary

Right at Home Lino Lakes is seeking Overnight Caregivers for part-time shifts in Minnesota. The role offers hourly pay and a flexible schedule to support seniors and adults with disabilities.

Join a nationwide home care company with 25+ years of experience and contribute to high-quality in-home care with proper PPE and training. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and mobility support, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• 18+ years of age.
• Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, laundry, dishes, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and shaving; provide mobility support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Provide dementia care and companionship activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
• Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
• Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:
