Job summary

Community Horizons in La Crosse, WI is seeking compassionate caregivers for PT overnight shifts delivering in-home support. You’ll assist with mobility, meals, light cleaning, bathroom routines, and outings, while providing comfort in a home setting.

Shifts run overnight with an overnight rate of $16.87 per hour and a daytime rate of $22 per hour. If you have a caring heart and patient hand, we’d love to speak with you.

• Light meal prep, light cleaning

• Occasional Driving and van hookups (training provided)

PT Overnight shifts (typically 11p - 7a)

*95.75 shared hours per week

Rate of Pay

$16.87 Overnight rate (22 if covering during the day)
