Job summary

EōS Fitness in Phoenix is seeking an overnight Front Desk specialist to greet members, provide information on services, and create a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests and staff.

You will check-in members, process payments, manage inventory, and ensure the front desk is organized and safe while delivering excellent customer service during the 10pm–6am shift.

This role requires CPR within 30 days, willingness to train, and a positive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk.
• Interest in fitness is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and gym software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and memberships.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Check-in members and oversee check-in alerts.
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.
• Ensure front desk is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow safety protocols for member and staff well-being.
• Monitor inventory for beverages and bar items; track sales.
• Complete gym walks and cleaning duties including bathrooms.
