The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, OnQ experience, good communication skills, and be open and flexible with prior hospitality experience.

Shift Pattern: Overnight role between 9pm - 7:30am; open availability required.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
  • Greet guests, complete registration, input and retrieve information, confirm guest details, select rooms, code electronic keys, promote marketing programs, and provide directions or assistance.
  • Assist with check-out, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, convert foreign currency, and manage gift certificates and cards.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, room categories, rates, packages, and local area information to answer guest inquiries.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Relay messages and information to guests efficiently.
