Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $25.40/hr

Provides overnight support for assigned team, including receiving, preparing product, and maintaining the floor, displays, and back stock in accordance with company standards. All Whole Foods Market Retail jobs require courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members, adhering to store SOPs, supporting WFM core values, and complying with health and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Checks product quality standards.
  • Sorts and scans waste accurately.
  • Maintains production standards.
  • Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
  • Maintains back stock in good order.
  • Handles invoices for deliveries outside store hours.
  • Checks-in product and reports miss-picks.
  • Receives product from delivery to sales floor or back stock.
  • Assists in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries.
  • Arrives on time, groomed, dressed, and ready; attends trainings and meetings.
  • Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly, and models suggestive selling.
  • Prepares, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products effectively.
  • Follows procedures for weights, measures, sanitation, and safety.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary environment and equipment.
  • Performs opening, mid, and closing duties, ensures signage and pricing accuracy.
  • Immediately reports safety hazards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
  • Use hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling.
  • Bend, twist, squat, reach as needed.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperature variations.
  • Work in wet and dry conditions.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Use tools and equipment, including heavy machinery and ladders.
