Overnight Grocery Team Member (Stocker, Inventory, Receiving) - Full Time

Join us as an Overnight Grocery Team Member (Stocker, Inventory, Receiving) - Full Time at Whole Foods Market.

Position Details

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $25.40/hr

This role provides overnight support, including receiving, product preparation, and maintaining the sales floor, displays, and back stock according to company standards. All roles require courteous, friendly, and efficient service, adherence to SOPs, and support for WFM values and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check product quality and standards.
• Sort, scan waste, and maintain production standards.
• Stock shelves, bins, and prepare food areas.
• Manage back stock and handle invoices outside store hours.
• Receive and sort deliveries, assist other teams with overnight deliveries.
• Arrive prepared, work scheduled shifts, and attend trainings.
• Deliver excellent customer service, address needs promptly, and assist with store operations.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and signage standards.
• Report hazards and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Ability to learn product knowledge.
• Examine products for quality and freshness.
• Perform basic math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate tools and equipment, possibly using ladders.
