Job Summary

As a Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that emphasizes building relationships with customers by understanding and exceeding their needs. Your goal is to delight customers through efficient, accurate, and friendly check-out service and shopping assistance. You will spend most of your time on the sales floor replenishing stock and interacting directly with customers to help them find products. You will also be trained to assist in other store areas, including the Dairy and Frozen Departments and the Front-End service area. Our aim is to improve people's lives and well-being through exceptional service and support.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Education: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years old for Retail, at least 18 for GetGo/Ricker's

Responsibilities

Front End:

• Provide excellent customer service by processing orders accurately and efficiently with a friendly demeanor.
• Greet customers warmly in your designated department or elsewhere in the store.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department and work area, including entrance and parking lot.

Grocery Department:

• Replenish shelves and assist customers in locating products.
• Replace misplaced items to their proper locations.
• Participate in ongoing product and customer service training.
• Assist with unloading deliveries to maintain back room efficiency.
• Check product dates to ensure safety.
• Attend in-store team meetings.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
