Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc is seeking entry-level Team Members to support overnight operations, receiving and preparing product, and maintaining shelves, displays, and back stock to company standards. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, ensuring product quality, stocking, and assisting leadership. The wage range is $18.75-$25.40 per hour with Whole Benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Handles DC and UNFI invoices for product delivered outside store receiving hours.
• Checks-in product and reports miss-picks to team leadership.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock spaces.
• Aids in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
