Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support overnight processes, receiving and stocking, and delivering friendly customer service. You will help prepare products, maintain shelves and back stock, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock spaces.
• Reports miss-picks to team leadership.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones and pages promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health and safety procedures and maintains a clean store environment.
