Rosauers Supermarkets, a local neighborhood grocery store, is seeking a Grocery Stocker for overnight shifts. You will play a key role in restocking aisles, organizing products, and keeping shelves clearly labeled and accessible for customers.

You will also help unload deliveries, inspect items for quality, and maintain clean, well-organized backrooms and displays. Prior stocking experience and a customer-focused mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Candidates with prior grocery stocker or stocking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for the work.
• Ability to exceed customer expectations and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently restock shelves, ensuring products are organized, faced, and rotated correctly.
• Safely unload products from incoming trucks and inspect deliveries for accuracy.
• Regularly inspect products for quality, removing damaged or expired items.
• Ensure all displayed prices are accurate and clearly visible to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of aisles, back storage areas, and display cases.
• Operate forklift equipment safely, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Assist customers in locating products and offering recommendations when asked.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Perform other tasks to support overall store success.
