Job summary

Cub Fridley is seeking a dedicated individual for a part time overnight grocery stock position. This role involves load cutting, sorting, display building, and ensuring product availability with emphasis on freshness and waste reduction.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating stock, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Evening and weekend shifts required; must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes assignments in allotted time.
• Handles product carefully to avoid damage.
• Uses proper case cutting technique.
• Ensures correct placement of stock and rotates products.
• Performs clean up of sales floor and back room.
• Assists customers with questions or requests.
