Job summary

Cub Maple Grove is seeking a dedicated part-time overnight grocery stocker. You will follow stocking procedures, load cutting and sorting, build displays, and ensure product availability with a focus on freshness and waste reduction.

Responsibilities include stocking accurately, assisting customers, and maintaining clean aisles. The role requires standing for long periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays, with scheduling flexibility and union benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock and displays.
• Ability to memorize, read, write, and do basic math.
• Must understand verbal or demonstrated instructions and request supplies if needed.
• Good judgment when supervision may not be immediately available.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments within allotted time.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage.
• Use proper case cutting technique.
• Ensure correct placement of stock on shelves and displays.
• Rotate and face products for freshness and visibility.
• Clean up sales floor and back room as needed.
