Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked with food and grocery products, moving stock from pallets to correct locations, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. You will pull backstock, dispose of cardboard, and work with leadership to finish areas on schedule.

The role requires physical tasks and teamwork, with overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead. Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus; you should be comfortable using basic technology

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Interact respectfully with customers when needed.
• Support other tasks to keep store operations running smoothly.
