Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality meets standards.
• Sort and scan waste; maintain production standards.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Handle invoices for deliveries outside receiving hours.
• Check-in product and report miss-picks.
• Receive product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock.
• Assist with overnight deliveries and organizing stock.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow SOPs including health, safety, and weighing & measures.
• Open, mid, and close duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as needed by leadership.
