Job summary

Healthy Living in Clifton Park, NY seeks an Overnight Grocery Lead to oversee the Grocery, Refrigerated, and Frozen sections overnight. You will train staff, ensure hospitality standards, and uphold company policies while coordinating with the Overnight Assistant Manager and Center Store Manager.

You will manage duties from 3am-11am, lead a team, and drive accurate merchandising and inventory control, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a retail environment; natural foods/grocery preferred.
• Previous leadership experience; overnight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, and motivates staff to maintain a high performing environment.
• Ensures department and store policies are followed; communicates issues up.
• Oversees overnight operations, safety, cleanliness, and task delegation.
• Directs pallet distribution, backstock, and shelf-ready product flow.
