Job summary

Shaw’s and Star Market is seeking an Overnight Grocery Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks during night shifts. You will supervise stocking, unload trucks, and maintain store conditions while training new members and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work 11PM-7AM or 12AM-8AM with the physical capability to lift heavy items.
