Job summary

Mollie Stone’s Markets is seeking a Full Time Night Crew Manager for the San Francisco Grand Central location. The ideal candidate will supervise the night crew, manage stocking and backroom operations, and ensure timely unloading of deliveries in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Excellent time management, reliability and ability to work graveyard shifts are essential. Union-employed with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of management experience.
• Pro-active team oriented and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience on a stock team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Night Crew.
• Stocking, receiving, refilling and rotating items on shelves.
• Unloading deliveries and breaking down in a timely manner.
• Keeping an organized and well-maintained backroom.
• Handling products to reduce damaged goods and shrink.
