Job summary

Target in Levittown, NY is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations and guest satisfaction. You will help ensure products are stocked, priced and visible on the sales floor and assist guests with a friendly, efficient service approach.

The role requires 18+ with a positive attitude, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and comfort with handheld scanners and various devices. Training includes safety and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies, train.
